asheville Quantum Wholeness was born out of a desire to bring more vitality and resourcing to our own lives and to those in our community!
We are living in unchartered times as this new earth template comes online. Staying present and resourced is our best bet in navigating this new world. We hope that by providing quantum resources that we can help humanity move towards wholeness with greater grace and ease.

I believe in the power of frequency, alignment, and deep restoration. AVL Quantum Wholeness was an easy yes because I know firsthand what it means to be on a journey of self-discovery and wholeness. The Quantum Energy Wellness Bed (QEWB) is a powerful tool in this unfolding—supporting the nervous system, amplifying coherence, and offering a space where the body, mind, and spirit can harmonize.
Beyond this work, I support heart-centered business owners in aligning their operations, marketing, and energetics so they can share their gifts with the world in flow.
Right now, my mission is to lean into the Holy Mystery and witness the awe this life has to offer in honor of my 2 angel kitty girls.

Shannon Ledford
I have lived in Asheville for the past 13 years with my husband and our two daughters.
I have walked many paths this lifetime and am currently deepening into myself as a mother, ancestral healing practitioner & a facilitator of quantum energy technology for our community.
The rhythm of my life is informed deeply by my ancestors and by God. My ancestors were pioneers that came to this country from Italy & the British Isles, creating new paths for themselves and their families. The Quantum Energy Wellness Bed has become a potent path for me and my family to resource ourselves in these ever-changing times.
Through new endeavors and forging forward in a new way, I honor my ancestors. Helping to bring the QEWB to our community in Asheville is the next step on the path forward.
