  • The purchaser (the “Purchaser”) of the Holiday Rejuvenation Package entitles you to four (4) gift certificates.  An email with details about one gift certificate from each business 1) Asheville Quantum Wholeness, Blomkraft Studio, Graham DuVall and Natural Pathways (individually the “Business” and collectively the “Businesses”).

    A gift certificate for a one hour session on the Quantum Energy Wellness Bed at Asheville Quantum Wholeness (AQW).  AQW is located at 1293 Hendersonville Road, Bldg A, Suite 22, 3rd Floor, Asheville, NC 28803.  You can find details, FAQs and book your session at www.ashevillequantumwholeness.com.

    A gift certificate for a 4 Elements Balancing Facial with Binah Love at Blomkraft Studio.  Blomkraft Studio is located at Blomkraft 12 1/2 Wall St, Asheville, NC 28801. You can find details and book your session at blomkraftstudio.com

    A gift certificate for one 1-to-1 Breathwork Session with Graham DuVall.  To schedule this  session call or text Graham at 828-337-6833.

    A gift certificate for one acupuncture session at Natural Pathways with Dr. Sarah Fields. Natural Pathways is located at 251 Haywood Street, Ste D, Asheville, NC 28801.  You can find details and schedule your session at https://naturalpathways-acupuncture.com/ 

    Each of the 4 gift certificates may be applied toward the services, as detailed above, for each Business. 

    Purchaser will receive an email with gift certificate codes and details upon purchase. 

    Expiration - All gift certificates from the Businesses expire 12 months after the date of purchase. 

    The gift certificates from the Businesses are not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.

    Businesses are not liable for any certificates that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.  Each Business reserves the right to cancel this certificate if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.  In the event of a Business closure or transition, outstanding certificates may be subject to cancellation.  The Businesses retain the right to update the gift certificate’s terms and conditions, which will take immediate effect upon publishing online.

    The gift certificates from the Businesses are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.

  • Expiration - All Asheville Quantum Wholeness, LLC (“AQW”) gift certificates expire 12 months after the date of purchase.

    AQW retains  the right to update the gift certificate’s terms and conditions, which will take immediate effect upon publishing online.

    An AQW gift certificate is governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.

  • This CLIENT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (the “M​embership Agreement”​ ) is made on and is effective on the date of purchase (“​Effective Date”​) by and between ASHEVILLE QUANTUM WHOLENESS, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, located at 1293 Hendersonville Road, Suite 22, Asheville, NC (the “Business”) and the client, an individual purchasing the membership and agreeing to these terms at time of purchase (the“Client​”). Business and Client are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties”.

    1. Membership.​ In exchange for Client’s payment of the Monthly Fee (as defined in Section 2.a.), Client is hereby enrolled as a member in the Business’ client membership program (the “Membership”), subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Membership Agreement. As a member in the membership program, Client shall be eligible to receive one hour sessions on the Quantum Energy Wellness Bed (the “QEWB”) in the amount of the membership level purchased as set forth on Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.  Membership is for the Client that is enrolled in the Membership only and is non-transferable.  Any sessions that are not used by the last day of the monthly period are forfeited and do not roll over. 

    On the Effective Date Client will receive an email with a link and code to book their QEWB sessions.  Business requests the Client save welcome email for easy booking.

    2. Fees​.

    a. Monthly Fee.​ Each Client shall pay a monthly fee (the “M​onthly Fee”​ ) for membership in the membership program. Clients shall have the Monthly Fee automatically drafted on the Effective Date and then on that same day of each subsequent month.  For instance, if a Membership is originally purchased on the 14th of a month the Client will be automatically charged on the 14th of the subsequent months.   The Monthly Fee is automatically applied until this Membership Agreement is terminated by either Party, subject to Section 4. The Monthly Fee shall be in the amount of the Membership level chosen by the Client upon purchasing their individual Membership on the Effective Date.  There are no refunds of the Monthly Fee once charged.  

    b. Automatic Payments.​ The Client and the Business agree that the required method of payment for the Monthly Fee shall be by automatic payment on Client’s credit or debit card. Client shall provide Business with appropriate debit card or credit card information to allow Business to make regular monthly automatic charges to the Client and apply them as payments to the Client’s Monthly Fee. Client authorizes Business to maintain Client’s financial information necessary for the Business to charge and collect the Monthly Fee. The Business will store the Client’s financial information with the Business’ third-party secure payment processor.

    c. Late Fees.​ If Client’s Monthly Fee is not made or fails for any reason when due, Client agrees to pay a late fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) to the Business and the Business may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Membership Agreement, unless the Client pays the late fee within seven (7) days of the date the Client’s Monthly Fee was originally due.

    d. Changes to Fees​. The Business may change the amount of the Monthly Fee or any other fees associated with this Membership Agreement at any time, in its sole discretion, upon providing Client at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice.

    3. Duration​. This Membership Agreement automatically extends every month and will continue until terminated by either Party, subject to Section 4.

    4.  Termination.​ The Client or the Business may terminate this Membership Agreement at any time for any reason or no reason at all, upon providing the non-terminating Party written notice of such termination. Written notice from the Client must be received on or before the Monthly Fee is charged for a given month.  The termination by Business shall be effective when received by the Client. The termination by the Client will be effective at the end of the month for which the Client has already paid the Monthly Fee.  If either Party terminates this Membership Agreement, the Client’s Monthly Fee is forfeited to the Business. If the Membership is terminated after a Monthly Fee is charged there is no refund of the Monthly Fee.  There will be no subsequent Monthly Fees charged following the date of termination. 

    5. Re-enrollment After Client Termination​. In the event Client terminates this Membership Agreement, Client will be eligible to re-enroll in the membership program at any time.  The Client must re-enroll in the Membership at the current stated Monthly Fees at the time of re-enrollment and sign and agree to a new Membership Agreement at time of purchase.  

    6. Session Cancellation.  The cancellation policy of the Business applies to Membership sessions.  Client must cancel within 24 hours prior to a booked session.  If Client cancels within 24 hours of a booked session or does not show up for a booked session the session is forfeited. 

    7. Indemnification.​ Client agrees to indemnify and to hold the Business and its members, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from and against all demands, claims, actions or causes of action, assessments, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including interest, penalties, attorney fees, etc. which are imposed upon or incurred by the Business as a result of the Client’s breach of any of Client’s obligations under this Agreement.

    8. Entire Agreement.​ This Membership Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties hereto relating to the matters herein and shall not be modified or amended except in a writing signed by both Parties hereto.

    9. Waiver​. The waiver of either the Business or Client of a breach of any provisions of this Membership Agreement must be in writing and signed by the waiving party to be effective and shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach by either the Business or Client.

    10. Change of Law​. If there is a change of any law, regulation or rule, federal, state or local, which affects this Membership Agreement, any terms or conditions incorporated by reference in this Membership Agreement, the activities of the Business under this Membership Agreement, or any change in the judicial or administrative interpretation of any such law, regulation or rule, and the Business reasonably believes in good faith that the change will have a substantial adverse effect on the Business’ rights, obligations or operations associated with this Membership Agreement (a “L​egal Change”​ ), then the Business may, upon written notice, require the Client to enter into good faith negotiations to renegotiate the terms of this Membership Agreement. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement concerning the modification of this Membership Agreement within ten (10) days after the effective date of the Legal Change, then the Business may immediately terminate this Membership Agreement upon providing written notice to Client.

    11. Governing Law​. This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the Business and Client hereunder shall be construed and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of North Carolina.

    12. Assignment/Binding Effect.​ This Membership Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of both the Business and the Client and their respective successors, heirs and legal representatives. Neither this Membership Agreement, nor any rights hereunder, may be assigned by the Client without the written consent of the Business.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF​, the Parties have caused this Membership Agreement to be effective on the Effective Date.

    As agreed to by the Client and Business upon the Client’s purchase of the Membership and agreement to the terms and conditions set forth in this Membership Agreement.

    Appendix A

    Membership Options (December 2023)

    Up to 3 QEWB sessions per month is a Monthly Fee of $80

    Up to 6 QEWB sessions per month is a Monthly Fee of $150

    Monthly Fees are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Business.  Updates in Monthly Fees will appear on the Membership purchasing options at www.ashevillequantumwholeness.com.
